The records are being recovered from a number of sources and work is on going to verify existing records and put in place procedures to add records in an efficient and timely manner. However at the moment the records are in a transitional state with the records on view having to be generated in a batch process. This means that records claims will be accepted without any time limit and I would ask archers to be patient for the process of updating the records to be completed. Currently there is a back log of items to be be processed. Indeed I will confess to being overwhelmed with the number of issues that have been flagged up.
