An email containing a unique access key and password has been sent out to members from ElectionBuddy. A test vote has been added, which can be accessed between now and 6:30pm on Wednesday to test credentials.
A live vote will be generated at the start of the EGM meeting (1st April) to ensure everybody is good to go!

- Extraordinary General Meeting
To all ANI/AGB members.
At the request of a number of members, Northern Ireland Archers, a Extraordinary General Meeting is being arranged for; Wednesday 1st April 2026At 7.30pm
For ease of access to the meeting it will be entirely conducted online via teams portal. Link will be sent 7 days prior.
Any proposals for presently vacant positions, or positions which may become vacant, should also be submitted before 25th March.
For clarity, the proposed motions for the EGM are as follows:
Motion 1 – Vote of No Confidence
That this meeting resolves that a vote of no confidence be taken in the following current office holders of Archery NI: • Mr John Patrick (Chair)• Mr Darren Haveron (Vice Chair)Should this motion pass, those individuals shall cease to hold office with immediate effect.
Motion 2 – Declaration of Vacancies and Election Process
That, should Motion 1 pass and vacancies arise, those positions be filled in accordance with the constitutional nomination and election procedures. Nominations will be invited and elections conducted in line with the constitution.
Motion 3 – Review of Appointments
That the membership consider whether the appointments of the current Tournament Officer and Senior Team Manager remain appropriate and sustainable in the interests of governance, safeguarding, and operational confidence. Should the membership determine that either role is no longer tenable, the position shall be declared vacant and nominations invited in accordance with the constitution.
Motion 4 – Constitutional Review
That the membership resolve to initiate a constitutional review to ensure clarity, compliance, and governance robustness, with any proposed amendments to be circulated and voted upon in accordance with constitutional requirements.
Motion 5 – Safeguarding and Governance Compliance
That the membership require formal appointment, ratification, and communication of Secretary and Safeguarding Lead roles in accordance with constitutional requirements.

Chair ANI - NI Target Archery Records Published
The Northern Ireland Target Records presented on the site are currently undergoing review to ensure accuracy and consistency. Not all records have been fully processed at this stage, but the available information is published to allow archers to examine their entries. We appreciate your assistance—please report any errors or omissions you identify.
As with the Field and 3D records the Target Records are split into a Senior version that is available without logging in and the complete record set including Juniors is available by signing in using a free account.

Future development of the records system is being actively pursued with the objectives:
- Create a complete database of all records combining field, 3d and target
- Presentation records in a variety of printer friendly formats
- Support querystrings for linking to particular rounds
- Northern Ireland Schools Cup
The Schools Cup now has its date and venue confirmed, and we are determined to make the 2026 the best ever.
